Our world carries much brokenness. Each of us has the power to contribute to wholeness by tending peace within our own small piece of Earth’s body. The energy of that peace radiates outward, rippling into the collective field.

I know now that I’ve passed by one of life’s off ramps, and instead of exiting, I’m still on the highway, moving with a sense of freedom toward a destination that feels new. The familiar road no longer calls to me. Instead, I’m listening closely for the deeper voice within, guiding me toward a path where I can live with greater purpose.

In meditation, you begin to inhabit that new version of yourself now. Isn’t that powerful? Like a freshly wiped blackboard, it opens the imagination and invites creativity.

Perhaps intelligence is spread throughout our cells, and even beyond our bodies, woven into the larger intelligence of Nature and the cosmos. Spirit moves through all things, unconstrained by time or space.

When it’s time to let go, the current can carry you somewhere beautiful.

Here’s to slowing down, growing wiser, and tending both gardens and hearts.

When the way is cloudy with heartbreak, trust the process and allow your heart to break fully open to all of life.

What if these times of great turmoil and change, are actually times of bringing all of us into greater connection?

Whatever challenge may be in your path and however steep the climb may seem, keep your eye on the miracles that lie right there on the horizon just waiting to greet you! 

Perhaps each of us could have some hidden expiration date stamped on our soul that may or may not reveal itself. I believe I have hit my warning date now and will become increasingly aware of all that I do from here on out. No, I don't think I am expiring, but I will be extremely aware of any stressors in my life!
